Building-envelope air leakage measured with a calibrated door fan, documented against the project’s target, and filed to close the envelope measure — new construction, additions, and ADUs.

We coordinate directly with your super on readiness: windows and exterior doors installed, penetrations sealed, dampers closable, combustion appliances safe to disable during the test. A blower door appointment on an unready house is money down the drain for both of us — the readiness call is free and takes five minutes.
